Frequently asked questions
You pay for a prepaid UPS label here. We email you the PDF. You forward it to your seller however works best — email, text, WhatsApp. They print it, box up the item, and drop it at any UPS Store or Access Point. You get tracking the moment it's scanned.
We buy UPS shipping in bulk through a Canadian carrier network, which gives us access to commercial rates not available to walk-in customers. We pass most of that discount on to you and charge a flat $4 service fee — no hidden markup.
No. Your seller just needs a printer. They print the label, attach it to the box, and drop it at any UPS Store or Access Point. No account, no login, no hassle for them.
Most UPS Stores and Access Points can print a label from a QR code — your seller shows the QR code on their phone and staff print it for free. Ask your seller to confirm with their local UPS Store first.
All shipments include UPS standard coverage up to $100 CAD for carrier loss in transit. We recommend wdushipit.ca for items valued under $100. For higher-value items, consider purchasing additional coverage through UPS directly before shipping.
Fair question — Marketplace shipping scams are real. The label you receive comes from wdushipit.ca, a verified Canadian-run service with a Google Business listing. You can confirm our email domain and look us up before doing anything. Once your seller drops the package at a UPS Store, it's scanned immediately and you get live tracking — so you'll know the moment it's in UPS's hands. If anything feels off, email help@wdushipit.ca first.
Most standard secondhand items are fine — clothing, electronics, sports gear, collectables, tools. Prohibited items include liquids, batteries shipped alone, flammable materials, and anything restricted by UPS Canada regulations. When in doubt, email us first.
If the label goes unused, the carrier fee is refunded within 30 days. The $4 service fee is non-refundable. Email help@wdushipit.ca with your order details and we'll take care of it.
